Quality Solutions for your Product Innovations

Whether your project involves only a small molded component, or you take advantage of the full suite of services before and after molding, the PM Plastics team leads in polymer solutions, plastic injection molded components, and value added assembly services of your complex device.

Our passionate commitment to continuously evolve as new technology emerges helps us grow even stronger as your supply chain partner. With the tool design and build classifications being another critical step of the manufacturing process, PM Plastics has continuously committed to stay true to the foundation of a full in-house tool room. This advantage allows PM Plastics to react quickly to production tooling, implement customer-driven revision changes, create new tooling and prototyping for next generation projects and create any fixtures or end-of-arm-tooling (EOAT) required by our molding, quality and secondary departments.

PM Plastics is there to help you during every phase of your project. All of our engineers can review critical drawing tolerances and provide world-class tooling and manufacturing solutions. This important step helps to keep your costs low. Finding the right design early on will save you both time and money as your product goes from design to full production.

PM Plastics’ engineers can also help with design modifications, suggesting next generation product enhancements and looking at the entire manufacturing process to determine where steps can be combined (either in your own facility or within PM Plastics) or even eliminated through lean cell manufacturing or advanced processing.

PM Plastics, Inc. – History

Since 2000, we have offered contract manufacturing of plastic components and devices. Mark Zybert and Paul Sparks founded PM Plastics in 2000 and a year later acquired JR Products’ clients and PM Plastics’ current facility in Orchard Park, N.Y.  In 2022, Ben Harp and Tom Rybicki (pictured at left) acquired PM Plastics. Before purchasing PM Plastics, Harp and Rybicki were part of the leadership team for Polymer Conversions, which is now MedBio. Harp and Rybicki have worked together for more than 20 years and have more than 50 years of combined experience with the plastics industry, including contract molding.

To mark receipt of their first check as owners of PM Plastics, Tom Rybicki (L) and Ben Harp (R) celebrate with customer Robbie Illos-Gerth, owner of Ministicks.com
